Healthy Bodies and Minds
Students learn the power of creating and maintaining habits to support their physical and mental health during periods of stress. As well as understanding optimal sleep hygiene and the benefits of regular movement and mindful eating, students spend time exploring what it means to look after each other, and how to manage stress through mindful activities. These healthy practices underpin academic endeavour, and support students to successfully complete their final year of high school.
Some of the incursions and excursions we offer to Year 12s through our engagement program include:
- Year 12 Retreat (a two-day camp at the University of Melbourne)
- Project Rockit
