"Participating in the whole of school excursions to places such as Yallourn Power Station and Open Cut, Werribee Gorge at Bacchus Marsh and fruit canneries at Shepparton. Chartered trains were arranged to make these excursions possible. Building relationships with mates that have continued to this day." ~ Bruce, Class of 1960
