End of Year Activities

For those students not going on camp during camps week – Monday 7 December to Friday 11 December – we have organised a compulsory program of activities.  This End of Year Program will require students to select from a range of different activities.

The cost of this program will be $95 and is to be paid directly to the General office.  Students will be expected to have their own train ticket (Zone 1 and 2) depending on the program for that day.  We are confident that you will recognise the value of this initiative for your son or daughter.

It is expected that all year 7, 8 and 9 students (who are not on camp) will take part in the End of Year Activity Program.

If there is any unavoidable reason why your child cannot attend, you must notify the school as soon as possible.  As bookings are being finalised over the next few weeks, students with a legitimate reason for not attending may be held liable for the $95 if they do not give adequate notice (by Friday 6 November 2009).

It would be greatly appreciated if your child would return payment, selection of activities and permission slip in an envelope no later than  Friday 6 November 2009.  If you would like to go to the Sheffield Shield cricket match on Friday 11 December instead of Aqualink, please indicate on the selection sheet.
